Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and social media
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate product and platform information to customers
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support
- Handle technical, troubleshooting, and trading-related concerns (e.g., MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5)
- Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate proactive problem-solving
- Be flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as required
What We're Looking For
- Tertiary education (Diploma or higher)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends if needed
