Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will provide high-quality support to Japanese-speaking customers. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Japanese and English via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Document customer interactions in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
• Follow company guidelines and service procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Japanese language proficiency such as JLPT N2 or N1 preferred.
• At least 12 years of customer service experience (BPO experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools and ERP (SAP, Oracle)

• Experience supporting Japanese clients or markets.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Cultural awareness of Japanese business etiquette.
