Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and/or outbound calls, chats, or emails in a timely manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way.
- Frequently attend trainings or coaching to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels (Phone, Email, Mail or Social Media).
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Knowing the products or services of the account to answer customer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints with utmost confidentiality.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues/team leaders, as necessary.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies of the account/company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Perform other tasks that will be assigned to them in lieu of business needs.

To be successful in this role you must...
- Have strong English and Japanese communication skills, both written and oral
- Prior CSR experience is a plus
