Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Janitor role based in Taguig, with some work-from-home tasks as appropriate. The Janitor is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly facilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing offices, restrooms, and common areas. Daily tasks include waste collection and disposal, replenishing cleaning and restroom supplies, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues. The role may support basic set-up and clean-up for meetings or events, and occasionally assist employees or visitors with simple directions or facility-related questions. The Janitor is expected to follow established cleaning procedures, adhere to health and safety standards, and collaborate professionally with other staff.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Janitorial Services and Housekeeping skills, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining facilities.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to interact respectfully with employees and visitors and respond to simple facility-related requests.
• Candidates should possess Training experience or willingness to learn and follow standardized cleaning and safety procedures.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales awareness when handling supplies or vendor interactions, such as understanding cost-conscious use of materials.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial; prior experience in a bank or office environment is an advantage.
