∙ Slice jamon into thin, precise cuts using a knife and slicing machine safely
∙ Weigh and pack sliced jamon for customers and orders
∙ Assist with storing and arranging products
∙ Keep the work area clean and sanitary at all times
∙ Follow basic food safety and hygiene rules
∙ Support other staff as needed
