Experienced in troubleshooting various operating systems.
Able to support users via different communication methods (phone, email, instant messaging).
Incident Management, Tracking & Solution for any issues related to the Engineered Solution.
Designing & Implementing Enterprise Solutions for Enterprise Customers with Server Support.
Provide recommendations for automation and modern endpoint management approaches.
Assist with managing the client computing environment, including design, implementation, customization and build processes.

Job Requirements

Details:

JAMF Administrator Support including Server Management and Upgrades (On-Prem).
Hands-on experience in both On-Prem and On-Cloud Jamf instance.
Management of macOS upgrades via Scripting/imaging.
Application packaging and deployment.
Patch management.
Replication of Distribution Points.
Reporting with custom queries.
Advanced understanding of Patch Management and Policy creation/implementation.
Custom Mac policies as per the client's requirement.
Knowledge of VPN apps management and deployment via customized policies and injected server details.
Knowledge of security software management and deployment via customized policies.
MS intune/Conditional Access integration.
Advanced understanding of Configuration profiles, like PPPC, custom profiles of security apps, enterprise Wi-Fi etc.
Knowledge of bash scripting.
Extensive experience on macOS and iOS devices.
Management and implementation of Apple Business Manager (DEP/VPP).
Automated Device Enrollment process.
Extension Attributes, Pre-stage enrollment process.
Smart groups with custom queries and Static groups.
Will be a plus if knows about Jamf Connect and Jamf Protect implementation and management.
