IVR Application Developer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with software engineering
• Experience in Telecom / IVR domain is preferred
• Must have development experience using Java, JavaScript or any object-oriented programming
• Hands on technologies like JSON, REST, SQL, Shell scripting & Junit
• Working experience on Unix/Linux OS
• Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting skill
• Experience in test-driven development
• Understanding of code versioning tools
• Agile/Scrum knowledge
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IVR application on Google Telephony Platform
• Perform duties assigned over task management system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Program Manager, Software Engineer, Quality Assurance and etc.
• Adhere to Agile process
• Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices
