Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Ivalua Source to Pay (S2P) solutions including sourcing and supplier management, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), procure-to-pay (P2P) and invoicing.
- Translate business requirements into Ivalua functional and technical configurations.
- Configure workflows, approval rules, master data, supplier onboarding, and controls.
- Support integrations with ERP and finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Participate in testing, deployment, go-live, and post go-live support.
- Advise clients on procurement best practices and Ivalua platform capabilities.
Skills, Experience and Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Ivalua S2P modules.
- Solid understanding of procurement, sourcing, contracts, and P2P processes.
- Experience supporting integrations and data flows with ERP systems.
- Ability to balance standard configuration with business requirements.
Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in procurement systems or enterprise applications.
- 6+ years hands-on experience with Ivalua implementations.
- Experience delivering enterprise or multi-country S2P solutions.
- Consulting, system integrator, or transformation program experience preferred.
Competencies
- Ability to translate procurement operating model needs into system design and configuration.
- Stakeholder management across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and information technology (IT).
- Strong controls mindset (compliance, approvals, auditability) and attention to data quality.
- Delivery discipline across testing, cutover readiness, and post go-live support.
Qualifications and Certifications
- Ivalua Certified Consultant (Functional and/or Technical) (preferred).
- Procurement or supply chain certifications (e.g., Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)) (desirable).
