Job Description

• end-to-end Ivalua implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
• Conduct business process workshops with Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Accounts Payable teams.
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions within the Ivalua platform.
• Configure Ivalua modules including Supplier Information Management (SIM), Sourcing, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Invoicing.
• Build and maintain workflows, approval matrices, forms, business rules, notifications, and security roles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document functional and technical requirements.

Qualifcations:

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in procurement technology, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Ivalua implementations.
• Hands-on experience configuring one or more Ivalua modules: Supplier Information Management (SIM) Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, eProcurement, Invoice Management, Spend Management
