Ivalua Consultant

Technical Requirements and Responsibilities

-Source-to-Pay Implementation Expertise: Possess prior experience in delivering comprehensive end-to-end implementation projects for the Source-to-Pay workstream. Deep knowledge of S2P functional processes.

-Procurement Transformation Delivery: Execute procurement transformation and digitalization projects across diverse sectors and geographies, utilizing platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer.

-Develop and Drive Opportunities: Lead or support initiatives to identify and advance opportunities by building and leveraging external networks and professional relationships.

-Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay informed on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

-Competency Development: Contribute to internal capability-building initiatives by conducting knowledgesharing sessions, creating best practice documentation, and facilitating internal training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and procurement requirements and translate them into Ivalua functional solutions.
• Configure and customize Ivalua modules such as:
• Supplier Management
• Sourcing
• Contract Management
• Procurement
• Invoicing
• Spend Analysis
• Supplier Risk & Performance
• Participate in end-to-end Ivalua implementations and rollouts.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
• Work with technical teams on integrations between Ivalua and ERP/enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other platforms.
• Support data migration, validation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Collaborate with procurement and business teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues after go-live.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training where required.
• Maintain documentation and ensure solutions follow established governance and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Ivalua Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay solutions.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management processes.
• Hands-on experience with Ivalua configuration and implementation.
• Understanding of ERP integrations, APIs, data interfaces, and master data.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile or other structured implementation methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ivalua certification or formal Ivalua training.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of P2P, S2C, S2P, supplier lifecycle management, and contract management.
• Experience in global procurement transformation projects.
• Consulting or system-integrator experience.
