Ivalua Consultant (Implementation)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Ivalua implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare.
• Conduct workshops with Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Accounts Payable teams.
• Analyze business processes and design Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions using Ivalua.
• Configure Ivalua modules such as SIM, Sourcing, Contract Management, P2P, Invoicing, and Spend Management.
• Configure workflows, approval rules, forms, notifications, and user roles.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Support ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Assist with testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in Ivalua, S2P, P2P, or Procurement Technology.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Ivalua modules.
• Knowledge of procurement and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with system implementation, configuration, and testing.
• Exposure to ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
