Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Ivalua configurations.
  • Design and document functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.
  • Configure Ivalua platform to meet client needs and support testing and validation phases.
  • Participate in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead functional implementation of Ivalua procurement modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Spend Analysis, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2 to 3+ years of experience in Ivalua implementation or similar procurement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of SaaS solutions.
  • Ivalua certification or hands-on experience with Ivalua platform is highly preferred.
