Position Summary

Join our team as a Process Specialist to support IT Service Management (ITSM) governance, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement for Engineering IT. You will help standardize processes, drive insights, and improve service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support governance of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
  • Ensure compliance with ITSM policies and assist with audits and documentation
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports; analyze data for trends and improvements
  • Identify process gaps and drive optimization and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure process adoption and consistency
  • Support training, communication, and service improvement projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in ITSM, governance, or process improvement
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

Preferred

  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement
  • Exposure to audits, automation, or AI tools
  • Project coordination experience

Skills

  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Strong communication and teamwork
