ITAM ServiceNow Specialist / Developer | LTIMindtree
We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Specialist with strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience in SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management to support enterprise IT Asset Management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance ServiceNow ITAM solutions including SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, and Discovery.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflows.
- Design and implement asset lifecycle management processes.
- Maintain and improve CMDB accuracy, reconciliation, and governance.
- Configure ServiceNow Discovery and support CI data management.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support software licensing compliance, asset governance, audit readiness, and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ITAM solutions.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with integrations, workflow automation, and platform customization.
- Strong understanding of software licensing, asset lifecycle management, and ITSM processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
