Job Requirements:
️ Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in Italian Language.
️ Any foreign national currently located in the Philippines.
️ Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
️ At least 6 months of experience in Service Desk, Technical Support, or IT Support
️ Knowledgeable in hardware and software troubleshooting
️ Willing to undergo onsite training in Pasay City.

Job Responsibilities:
️ Responding to the concerns of the clients and customers via telephone, web, and email.
️ Attend to the inquiries of the customers regarding restorative or maintenance.
️ Resolving technical issues quickly.
️ Prepare a complete and accurate report based on company's procedure.
️ Responsible in tracking calls and entering data into database.
️ Perform other related tasks needed.
