Work Set-up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
Proficient in both Italian and English languages.
Filipino or foreign national with a permanent visa in the Philippines.
At least 2 years of Service Desk experience, preferably in Technical Support or IT Support within a multinational corporate environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Active Directory, Office 365, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, and Remedyforce is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT technical support in both Italian and English via phone, email, chat, and self-service portals.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues while communicating professionally with Italian- and English-speaking users.
Deliver excellent customer service in both languages, following IT service management principles.
Assist users in logging support requests and updating and tracking incoming calls in the system.
