Job Requirements:
Open to Filipino applicants with fluency in both Italian and English.
Foreign applicants currently residing in the Philippines may also apply.
Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or BPO operations, preferably involving customer or vendor support.
Must be flexible and willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Can start as soon as possible (ASAP).

Job Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve vendor inquiries via email and phone in both Italian and English.
Provide accurate and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders using Italian and English.
Manage vendor disputes and ensure issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution.
Escalate complex concerns to management when necessary and maintain clear, professional communication in both Italian and English.
