Job Requirements:
Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in Italian and English
Open to Bachelor's degree holders, Associate degree holders, Undergraduates, or vocational course graduates.
Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other channels in Italian and English.
Respond to customer concerns and requests accurately and promptly.
Perform data entry, order validation, surveys, and other support tasks.
Prepare and update reports, correspondence, and translations as needed.
Assist in testing and implementing new processes and workflows.
Conduct basic data analysis and address customer-related concerns.
