IT Workplace and Asset Management Consultant to oversee and support our Managed Services clients. This role combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with service management responsibilities, ensuring that client environments are stable, secure, and optimized. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, service delivery, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate also will have strong troubleshooting skills, a service-oriented mindset, and experience in managed IT environments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Workplace Technology Management:
.Develop and implement strategies for workplace technology solutions, including hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
.Ensure seamless integration and functionality of workplace technologies to support employee productivity.
.Monitor and optimize the performance of workplace technology systems.

Process Improvement:
.Identify opportunities for process improvements within workplace technology and operations.
.Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Vendor Management:
.Manage relationships with managed services, technology vendors and service providers.
.Evaluate and select vendors based on performance, cost, and alignment with company goals.
.Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Reporting and Analytics:
.Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track the performance of workplace technology processes.
.Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
.Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
.5+ years of experience in managerial or supervisory roles.
.5+ years of experience in IT workplace technology solutions.
.Knowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL.
.Experience with workplace technology solutions (e.g., collaboration tools, hardware, software).
.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
.Strong communication and leadership abilities.
.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

OPTIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
.Relevant certifications (ITIL Foundation, Comptia+).
.Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine Service Desk Plus).
.Experience in managing IT Managed Service
.Familiarity with change management and project management methodologies.
