Overview
- The IT Windows Administrator will be responsible for the management of DITO's Microsoft Office 365 subscription. Ensure that all products included on the suite are fully utilized.
- Implement policies to adhere with IT Security Policies of DITO. Monitor and resolve Incidents affecting the use of Microsoft solutions.
Functions
- Perform enterprise level system upgrades of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and other applications, including evaluation and installation of windows and other security and application patches.
- Design and manage Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, O365 and other Windows core services.
- Account Management functionality.
- Create and manage scripts to automate and perform system tasks with PowerShell.
- Champion the adoption of Office 365 services.
- Manage and monitor Office 365 services and desktop support.
- Formulate and create Office 365 SharePoint sites for domain users and external client access
- Manage and monitor SharePoint Online storage allocation, ensuring optimal usage across all sites and compliance with organizational limits.
- Manage enterprise application registrations in Azure AD, including configuring permissions, single sign-on, and access policies for secure app integration.
- Administer and support Office 365 Azure and Exchange policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services.
- Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support.
- Compile and analyze reports on user activity, license consumption, and system health. Participate in IT audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 subscriptions, handle vendor coordination, and process purchase orders and payment requests.
- Work with internal teams to integrate Microsoft apps and document policies and procedures for service management.
- Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.
- Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring.
- Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution.
- Administer and support system backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Abide by all Change Management, Service Management, Problem Management and Incident Management processes and procedures.
- Flexible in request and incident management on Microsoft Applications.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of system administration experience in Windows Environment. Active Directory, Group Policy and Email services.
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
- MCP Certification is a plus
