IT Trainer

Role Overview

Are you passionate about technology and teaching We are looking for an experiencedIT Trainer / IT Instructorto join our team and help develop the technical skills of our participants. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging training sessions on various programming languages and IT concepts, ensuring learners gain practical knowledge and confidence.

Responsibilities of an IT Trainer include:

• Preparing teaching materials
• Planning, preparing, and researching training lessons
• Teaching participants various technical languages and concepts such as .NET, CMS, UI, basic security, and N-Tier architecture
• Spending contact time with students on an individual or group basis
• Checking and assessing students work and providing constructive feedback
• Keeping IT skills and technical knowledge up to date

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or similar role
• Experience in VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, OOP, MSSQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UI, N-Tier, CMS, and related technologies
• Strong ability to motivate and engage learners
• Patient and friendly approach to teaching
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
