Calling all IT and POS terminal enthusiasts!

The largest non-bank POS terminal network in the Philippines is hiring.

We are looking for qualified IT Technical Support (Network) candidates to join our Go Beyond Community.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with ITD on the deployment and maintenance of network technologies.
Monitors and enhances the network performance.
Tests the exchange of data between computers, servers, modems, and routers.
Installs, configures, and updates network software, as well as maintains hardware and network devices.
Performs diagnostic tests and repairs, as well as develops data archiving, backup, and retrieval procedures.
Test network protocols and ensure stable and secure server traffic.
Troubleshoot network connectivity problems for users or user groups.
Analyze and report computer network security breaches or attempted breaches.
Provides support related to networking or connectivity issues.
Test repaired items to ensure proper and reliable operation.
Recommends necessary upgrades, development, and Improvement of network facilities.
Prepares weekly accomplishment reports and all other technical reports.
BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a network technician or relevant position.
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN network protocols and technologies.
Hands-on experience with common software and hardware.
