Job Description

Install and configure software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
Support team in providing technical support and troubleshooting system network issues.
Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to system configurations, mapping, processes, and service records.
Manage data backup and system security operations.
Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers, and their associated software.
Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery
Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent
Proven experience as an IT professional or similar role.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.
Proficiency and aptitude in information systems technologies and computer sciences.
Developing process flow diagrams and system documentation.
Ability to lead a team and work independently.
Attention to detail and precision.
Knowledgeable in basic editing or graphic designing using Photoshop, Canva or other editing tools.
