We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is passionate about helping customers and resolving technical issues. You will support our law enforcement clients by ensuring their systems are running efficiently and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Certificate from college, technical school, or at least 1 year of related experience.
- Minimum 1 year of excellent customer service experience.
- Strong phone etiquette and listening skills.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of MS Access and Windows Server 2008-2012.
- Solid experience in Linux/SQL environments (MySQL and SQL Server), including IIS Web Services.
- Ability to resolve software and hardware issues in enterprise settings.
- Understanding of microprocessors, basic analog and digital circuitry troubleshooting to the modular or component level.
Good To Have (Optional)
- Additional certifications in IT support, networking, or related fields.
- Previous experience supporting law enforcement or security systems.
