Job Description

The ICT Officer is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and ensuring the smooth, secure, and reliable operation of the companys information and communication technology systems. The role covers user support, systems and account administration, ICT security, hardware and infrastructure management, and data protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and subscriptions, including Google Workspace
  • Administer ICT security measures, access control, and password management
  • Set up, maintain, and monitor workstations, office ICT equipment, and CCTV systems
  • Manage ICT assets, inventory, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades
  • Implement data security, backup, and recovery controls; act as Data Protection Officer (DPO)
  • Maintain ICT documentation, incident records, and provide regular reports
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ICT systems and equipment
  • Perform other duties or assignments as may be required by Management from time to time, whether additional or temporary in nature
