The IT Support role is pivotal in providing comprehensive technical support to internal users, ensuring the secure and efficient operation of the datacenter, and managing a variety of IT-related tasks. Responsibilities include application deployment, adherence to security protocols, and coordination with external vendors for issue resolution.

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Experience with server management (IIS, File Server), Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in managing and configuring firewalls and antivirus software.
  • Capability to deploy applications and manage permissions efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
