A highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, large-scale initiatives across Infrastructure, Security, and Application domains. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving mission-critical projects from inception to completion.
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE
Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for large-scale technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Partner with Infrastructure, InfoSec, and Application Development teams to define scope, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
Governance:
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and escalate risks while implementing mitigation strategies.
- Budget & Resource Oversight: Track financials, monitor resource allocation, and report variances against approved baselines.
Documentation & Standards:
- Create and maintain Project Management templates
- Create and maintain a PMO Handbook
- Establish standards for Waterfall, Agile at Scale and Hybrid Frameworks
Mentorship & Guidance:
- Capability building for Junior Project Managers
