Job Description

  • Incident management
  • Desktop hardware and software support
  • Basic network understanding and knowledge
  • ITIL experience and knowledge
  • MS Operating system and tools

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any IT related course or equivalent experience.
  • Good understanding/practice of MS OS, Office, and outlook mail, VMware, Citrix etc. IT basic knowledge on network, IP telephony, server, desktop, printer etc. especially for desktop/laptop trouble shooting
  • Excellent communication skills/Written skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • At least 5 years experience of IT work experience.
  • Should be willing to work in shifts.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Bridgetowne
