Qualifications
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- With experience inconfiguration, administration, and troubleshooting across a portfolio of SaaS platforms including:
- Workday (HCM) — supporting, not transacting
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
- Contact Center (Dialpad)
- Field Operations CRMs
- Sales CRM (HubSpot)
- ZoomInfo
- Docusign
- Smartsheet
