Overall Purpose of The Job

To provide a high level of Support for the systems. High level support on GDSs , Panasoft , phone system etc.

Communicating with colleagues on all levels.

Work within the structure of the IT department and maintain a professional level of behaviours.

Work within the SLAs of external and internal customers.

Continually provide excellent customer experience to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks

  • Provide high-level technical support, administration, and maintenance for all operational systems, including GDS platforms, Protas, phone systems, FocalScope, reporting tools, and other business-critical applications.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both internal and external customers.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and all departments across the organization to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze client reports and operational documentation.
  • Support and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
  • Consistently deliver a high standard of customer service and customer experience to both internal and external clients.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure the company receives cost-effective solutions/equipment and high-quality service delivery in line with operational requirements and SLAs.
  • Manage and maintain primary and redundant internet connections to ensure network reliability, maximum uptime, and uninterrupted business operations, while coordinating with service providers for performance monitoring, issue resolution, and service improvements.
  • Support on office management related matters as required
  • Reporting to Line manager on daily tasks / issues
  • O365 Administration
  • Manage the inventory, monitoring, and maintenance of office equipment and IT assets, ensuring proper functionality, accurate asset tracking, timely repairs, and availability to support daily business operations.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution for hardware, software, network, and system-related problems to ensure minimal downtime and continuous business operations.
  • Provide support for all V.Group business systems while operating within the established IT Department structure and strictly adhering to the policies, procedures, and professional standards defined in the V.Group VMS and IT policy documentation.
