Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide first level support for the IT Infrastructure the assigned Site of Responsiblity.
  • Ensure that Site of Responsibility adheres to the Procedures and Policies set by the Global/Regional/Local Offices, and provide the needed IT Infrastructure service level for the site.
  • Provide first level support and provide solutions to any issues encountered in using the Warehouse Management System being used by the Site (WMOS).
  • Reports directly to the IT Manager and Site Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Graduate of 4 year Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Application Development, or related courses.
    Strong analytical skills is required.
    Knowledge in Warehouse Operations/Warehouse Management is an advantage.
  • Can handle multiple tasks at the same time with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Knowledge /background in database, network, hardware.
  • System configuration experience is an advange
  • Can easily adapt to changes
  • Open to learn new things.
