Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring preventive maintenance and system reliability.
Administer firewall devices, NAS, file servers, backups, shared storage systems, and CCTV connectivity.
Oversee IT asset management and coordinate with vendors for procurement and support.
Implement and support business systems and technology upgrades to improve efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Operate effectively in small to medium-sized company environments or stand-alone IT setups.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
46 years of relevant experience in IT support, network administration, systems administration, or infrastructure support.
Strong background in troubleshooting, network management, and system maintenance.
Experience with enterprise-level storage, backups, and security systems.
Advantageous experience in independent IT setups or SMEs.
