IT System Administrator | Windows & Red Hat

This is 3 Months CONTRACTUAL/PROJECT BASED EMPLOYMENT (It means that your contract will be under Ben Edictio but you will be assigned to our client. Ben Edictio will process your payroll/salary but you will be working with our client. After your 3 months contract, it depends if the company will absorb you or extend/renew your contract).

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid NO Work NO Pay but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO for employee & Mandatory Benefits;

SALARY offer depends on your skills and experiences. Salary expectation is for approval of the higher management.

SPECIFIC JOB TITLE: System Administrator with experience in Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

This is 3 months initial contract but possible for extension but it depends on the project needs

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• Wiling to work on a shifting - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mid shift, and 6:00 pm to 3:00 am:
• Willing to perform mid to night shift schedule (after office hours) for the remediation - OVERTIME
• Amenable to work FULLY ONSITE in Ayala Ave cor H.V. Dela Costa St., Makati City
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a System Administrator of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) & Windows servers.
• Has experience in the following:
• Manage and optimize servers, database performance and Infrastructure maintenance of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) & Windows virtualization platforms.
• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and high availability strategies for mission-critical systems
• Maintain a secure, stable and compliant enterprise environment through system hardening.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
