Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide enterprise desktop and endpoint support in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows deployment, Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and end-user support while delivering excellent customer service.


Employment Setup

  • Initial 2-month project-based engagement
  • High-performing candidates may be considered for absorption/regular employment based on business requirements and performance

Work Schedule

  • 100% Onsite
  • 5 days a week
  • Standard business hours, approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and support Windows 10/11 devices
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and endpoint issues
  • Support Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Autopilot operations
  • Provide Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and BitLocker support
  • Perform user profile and data migration activities
  • Handle ITSM ticket queues, asset management, and runbook execution
  • Coordinate OEM warranty, depot repairs, spare assets, and loaner devices
  • Conduct basic PowerShell troubleshooting and Windows log collection
  • Escalate complex incidents following established support procedures

Required Skills

  • Windows 10/11 deployment and endpoint troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Autopilot
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), BitLocker, and Microsoft 365 support
  • User profile and data migration experience
  • ITSM ticketing and asset management experience
  • Basic PowerShell knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
