Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues across onsite and remote users.
- Maintain and support office IT infrastructure, including hardware updates, patching, and maintenance.
- Manage IT onboarding, including equipment setup, configuration, and user training.
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Support regional IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor systems proactively and troubleshoot technical and network-related issues.
- Administer cloud-based tools and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Work closely with regional IT teams to implement best practices and consistent support standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in IT support or end-user support environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with Windows Server, Windows OS, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Knowledge of network diagnostic tools such as Ping, Nslookup, and PuTTY.
- Familiarity with cloud management and MDM platforms.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting multi-site or regional teams is an advantage.
