Job Description

  • Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns for onsite and remote users.
  • Manage and maintain office IT hardware, devices, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure systems, applications, and devices are updated with the latest patches.
  • Coordinate end-to-end IT onboarding for new employees.
  • Configure, deploy, and support laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts.
  • Maintain IT documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support regional and corporate IT projects and technology initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Support Specialist should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT support or end-user support environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Windows OS, macOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Familiar with cloud-based administration and mobile device management (MDM).
  • Working knowledge of network diagnostic tools such as Ping, Nslookup, and PuTTY.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
