Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic IT Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in our IT department. In this role, you will proactively monitor and respond to the day-to-day workload of the Service Desk, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will be involved in taking ownership of the end-to-end ticket resolution process, ensuring that tickets are triaged and assigned promptly to the appropriate teams or individuals.

If you're well-versed in MDM technologies, including MS Intune/EndPoint Manager for managing the Windows fleet and JAMF for managing macOS devices, and have experience with Microsoft Entra ID (IdP with SAML/SSO & SCIM for supported applications), Wi-Fi technologies, and Cisco routers, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of end-to-end ticket resolution and ensure tickets are triaged and assigned promptly.
  • Handling remote IT support via phone, email & remote sessions.
  • Troubleshoot Systems and Hardware.
  • Configure and develop Microsoft Auto Pilot to maintain Desktop/Laptop fleet.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 application.
  • Support experience utilizing various operational tools including, but not limited to JIRA, Intune, JAMF, AWS, or Azure.
  • Engage in infrastructure projects to enhance our cloud-native environment.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and management of cloud-native infrastructure components.
  • Continuously improve IT processes and workflows.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to further enhance our IT environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related IT course.
  • At least 3-5 Year(s) of relevant working experience.
  • Relevant certifications in MDM technologies, Microsoft Intune & JAMF.
  • Experience in ISO 27001 is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in IT network and systems administration.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and technologies.
  • Can work independently and knows how to think outside the box.
  • Can start ASAP
