Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist is responsible in providing technical assistance to end-users across multiple urgent care clinics and support offices, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. This role supports workstation configuration, EMR troubleshooting, account management, and adherence to company standards, while maintaining positive relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Job Description
• Modify configurations, utilities, and software default settings for local workstations.
• Provide effective troubleshooting and support for EMR systems.
• Document internal procedures and updates for IT processes.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users, including account creation and termination.
• Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses via Asset Tracking.
• Respond to user queries professionally via phone, in-person, or ticketing systems.
• Perform active directory maintenance and manage user access.
• Complete mandatory compliance training and ensure IT operations align with company standards.
• Maintain friendly and professional relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
• Promote a respectful, collaborative culture while adhering to company values.
• Comply with physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
Screening Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in IT support, IT helpdesk, or similar technical support role.
• Must have stable employment history.
