We are on the lookout for an IT Support (Junior) to join our growing team! If you're passionate about IT support, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a friendly and collaborative team, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting users both in person and via our Jira ticketing system.
• Learning basic administration of accounting platforms like CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, QuickBooks, and PPC tools.
• Providing IT assistance across a variety of software and hardware solutions.
• Troubleshooting issues, resolving tech challenges, and helping our team stay efficient and productive.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, Teams Phones, OneDrive, and Mobile Devices.
• Basic experience with desktop hardware and support ticket systems.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Entra ID, LAPS, Endpoint Protection, VPN, and Apple Products.
• Knowledge of Microsoft OneNote and Conferencing Technologies.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in Accounting/Fintech environments.
• Familiarity with CCH products, Thompson Reuters products, ITSM/ITAM, and Zapier.
