Job Description
Program Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn IT Support Student Trainee to join our team for their
On-the-Job Training (OJT). This role is designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and
real-world application. Under the direct supervision of our experienced IT professionals, you will gain
hands-on experience in hardware lifecycle management, asset compliance, and onsite infrastructure
support within a fast-paced, professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Hardware Lifecycle Support: Assist in the end-to-end process of hardware technology refresh,
including the physical preparation, imaging, and deployment of machines for team members.
● Asset & Inventory Compliance: Support the IT Asset Management team in conducting physical
audits of hardware, ensuring accurate inventory records, and maintaining organization in
production and storage areas.
● Equipment Logistics: Support Work-From-Home (WFH) initiatives by assisting with equipment
testing, secure boxing, and coordinated distribution for remote staff.
● Onsite Infrastructure Assistance: Collaborate on office facility projects, including cable
management (harnessing) and the safe physical transport of IT assets across sites.
● Physical Setup & Maintenance: Ensure the functionality and readiness of executive boardroom
audiovisual and teleconferencing equipment through routine testing and maintenance.
Qualifications:
● Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
or a related technical field.
● Must have an active endorsement letter from the University/College OJT Coordinator.
● A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn professional IT operations and workplace
etiquette.
Program Logistics:
● Work Setup: Onsite (Mandatory)
● Work Schedule: Shifting/rotating schedule
● Supervision: All tasks are performed under the direct guidance of assigned IT staff; interns participate for the purpose of fulfilling academic requirements
