The IT Support Engineer is responsible for Level 2 Application and Branch Support activities.
This role is an entry level position and reports directly to the IT Operations Manager.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities include :
IT Application Support
● Handling IT Application Incidents.
● Handling and Servicing IT Requests.
● Regular Application Monitoring and Reporting.
● Standby duty for application support during off business hours.
IT Branch Support
● Configuration of IT Assets like Corporate Workstations & Network Devices.
● Troubleshooting reported issues by branch personnel.
● Maintain Network devices, corporate workstations and other IT peripherals of the branch (For on-site personnel).
Others
● Provide process improvement inputs related to IT Application Support process/es..
● Other tasks that may be assigned by the IT Operations Manager from time to time.
