I.T SUPPORT ENGINEER - MANILA

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
  • With knowledge or hands-on experience in ticketing systems, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Possesses strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Provide email support for technical advisory and remote technical support services.
  • Processes and resolves concerns and complaints of customers on technical aspects of the product.
  • Ensures to meet goals set for all metrics as required by the Client
  • Check the designated queue in Autotask to see if a ticket has been assigned to you.
  • Update the ticket as soon as you work on it.
  • Check pending tickets and make sure that they are completed within the specified ticketing system.
  • Make sure all troubleshooting steps are done and documented in Autotask for complete resolution
