Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform fully managed cloud services
  • Administer Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2016/2012 + Windows 10/8/7 OS
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 2019/2016/2013/2010/2007
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange 2016/2013/2010
  • Setupand maintain Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Install and manage Myriad vertical applications
  • ManageFirewall, routing and switching technologies
  • Install and manage Storage, backup and business continuity solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in a an IT related discipline
  • Motivated, client-focused, and constantly striving to learn more.
  • Ability to translate technical matters from geek-speak to lay terms in a respectful way.
  • Passionate about configuring, deploying and maintaining IT systems the RIGHT way.
  • Resourceful and positive when approaching IT issues. We don't do sloppy IT. You also need to know how to find answers– and when to escalate.
  • Believe in NO DRAMA and that there is always a positive way to solve a problem.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Windows 7/8/10,

Microsoft Server 2008R2/2012R2/2016, Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016, Office 365, Microsoft

SQLServer, VPNs, Routers/Firewalls, VoIP, Advanced Active Directory, Group Policy, and Backups.

  • Experience in Managed Service Software is a plus.
