YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on incident progress, upcoming changes, and planned outages.
  • Provide IT support for technical issues involving Microsoft core business applications and operating systems.
  • Support disaster recovery and backup solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  • Troubleshoot telephony and network issues, including WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Monitor system alerts via remote monitoring and management tools and respond promptly through service tickets.
  • Escalate complex service requests to engineering-level support when necessary.
  • Accurately log work hours and activities through timesheets.
  • Create, review, and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and incidents.
  • Manage end-user onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Perform other related tasks as required within the scope of the role.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE TOOLKIT
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10 troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of Windows Server 2016/2019 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware.
  • Knowledgeable in modem/router setup and configuration.
  • Working knowledge of wireless networks, WAN, and LAN troubleshooting.
  • Practical experience in PC hardware repair and user migration (old to new PCs).
ABOUT YOU
  • Active Directory Management and Office 365 Environment (User Management, Exchange, Entra).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server/Desktop troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • MSP experience preferred.
