YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE- Communicate with customers to provide updates on incident progress, upcoming changes, and planned outages.
- Provide IT support for technical issues involving Microsoft core business applications and operating systems.
- Support disaster recovery and backup solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Troubleshoot telephony and network issues, including WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Monitor system alerts via remote monitoring and management tools and respond promptly through service tickets.
- Escalate complex service requests to engineering-level support when necessary.
- Accurately log work hours and activities through timesheets.
- Create, review, and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and incidents.
- Manage end-user onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Perform other related tasks as required within the scope of the role.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE TOOLKIT- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10 troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server 2016/2019 environments.
- Hands-on experience with VMware.
- Knowledgeable in modem/router setup and configuration.
- Working knowledge of wireless networks, WAN, and LAN troubleshooting.
- Practical experience in PC hardware repair and user migration (old to new PCs).
ABOUT YOU- Active Directory Management and Office 365 Environment (User Management, Exchange, Entra).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server/Desktop troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- MSP experience preferred.
