Job Summary:
Provide end-to-end IT support and infrastructure management, ensuring seamless operations across systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for user issues and IT incidents.
- Manage and resolve user support tickets and change requests related to ERP systems.
- Administer and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, virtualization environments, network switches, and VoIP systems.
- Perform infrastructure patching, system updates, and routine maintenance.
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.
- Administer next-generation endpoint security solutions.
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and devices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation.
- Liaise with vendors for IT procurement and related services.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access and device allocation.
- Oversee website maintenance and troubleshoot related issues.
- Support IT project implementation and execution as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management.
- Hands-on, proactive individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
