The IT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing IT operations, managing support personnel, and ensuring all IT systems and services are functioning efficiently. This role ensures continuity of service and supports the organization's daily operations through effective IT management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must be a college graduate (BS IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related)
- At least 46 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
- Experience in managing IT support/helpdesk operations
- Knowledge in network devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Experience in backup and recovery systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
- Incident management and troubleshooting
- Knowledgeable in ITIL & IT Service Management
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- High accountability and initiative
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily IT operations and ensure timely resolution of IT issues
- Lead and manage IT support staff (task assignment, monitoring, coaching)
- Monitor IT systems, network performance, and infrastructure availability
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
