Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Ensure all security measures, including antivirus software, are current and functioning properly to protect organizational data.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including the setup of workstations and user accounts.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Supervise and mentor technical staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes skill development and knowledge sharing.
Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems and processes, recommending improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.
Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other network systems, ensuring reliable connectivity and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical support or IT operations, with a focus on supervisory or leadership roles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
