Job Description
The Director, Strategy Execution & Transformation serves as the CIO's strategic execution partner, ensuring that ISG's strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans, aligned investments, and measurable outcomes. The role drives enterprise-wide planning, transformation, and integration efforts across Core Services, Centers for Enablement (C4Es), Shared Services, and enabling functions, fostering alignment between business objectives, technology priorities, and organizational capabilities. Working closely with ISG leaders, business stakeholders, and strategic partners, the Director orchestrates the execution of critical initiatives, removes barriers to delivery, and ensures resources, focus, and leadership attention are directed toward the highest-value opportunities. Through disciplined governance, strategic insight, and a relentless focus on outcomes, the role accelerates transformation, strengthens organizational effectiveness, and enables ISG to deliver sustained business impact.
- Strategic Orchestration: Translate strategy into enterprise execution by driving alignment, integration, and accountability across ISG, ensuring strategic priorities are operationalized, transformation commitments are delivered, and organizational barriers are proactively resolved to sustain momentum and business impact.
- Executive Visibility & Strategic Insights: Provide the CIO and leadership team with timely, decision-ready visibility into organizational performance, strategic initiatives, emerging risks, and opportunities, transforming data and operational signals into actionable executive insights.
- Strategic Decision Enablement: Orchestrate critical decision-making forums and executive conversations, bringing together the right stakeholders, perspectives, and analysis to accelerate alignment, resolve trade-offs, and drive decisions that advance ISG's strategic objectives.
- Strategic Governance & Performance Stewardship: Establish and lead governance mechanisms that provide the CIO with effective oversight, transparency, and control across strategy execution, investment portfolios, transformation programs, and organizational performance, enabling informed steering and course correction.
- Executive Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Shape and orchestrate strategic communications for the CIO, ensuring clear, compelling, and timely messaging that aligns stakeholders, reinforces priorities, builds confidence in the transformation agenda, and advances key organizational outcomes.
