  • Identify and engage with potential clients who need IT talent (e.g., developers, testers, DevOps engineers).
  • Present and pitch our staffing services to decision-makers (HR, IT managers, procurement).
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools (or internal trackers).
  • Collaborate with recruitment to match client needs with available resources.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients.
  • Ensure a successful handoff to the operations/recruitment team after deal closure.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • 25 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT staffing, recruitment, or B2B services.
  • Strong understanding of common IT roles and skills (developers, QA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
  • An existing network of IT clients or decision-makers is a big advantage.
