We are looking for an IT Staff to provide technical support and ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure and systems.
In this role, you will support end users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computers and network devices, administering user accounts, monitoring databases and CCTV systems, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related concerns
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and operating systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment
- Administer user accounts, email accounts, passwords, and access permission
- Monitor and maintain SQL databases, backup and recovery procedures, and data integrity
- Monitor CCTV systems and assist in maintaining IT security controls
- Install software updates, antivirus solutions, and system patches
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support production and office users with day-to-day IT requirements
- Assist in IT-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, Help desk, or System Administration
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network issues
- Basic knowledge of SQL database administration and backup/recover
- Experience managing Windows user accounts and access permission
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and IT hardware maintenance is an advantage
- Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills
